They are experts in building and making molecules from scratch, with deep knowledge of synthetic route development and problem-solving. Throughout their career, they have designed and worked out new reaction steps for a wide range of products, including painkillers and antibiotics. They have led projects on their own and in teams, making batches ranging from small amounts up to large-scale runs in 50-litre kilo labs and clean GMP work areas. Beyond building molecules, they have strong skills in formulation and mixing chemical products to meet tough guidelines. They have designed and carried out the synthesis of new, target flame-resistant additives that passed strict safety burn tests. They have also changed the formulation recipes for major chemical products to keep them in line with changing trade laws and customer needs.
