They have led projects on their own and in teams, making batches ranging from small amounts up to large-scale runs in 50-litre kilo labs and clean GMP work areas.
Beyond building molecules, they have strong skills in formulation and mixing chemical products to meet tough guidelines. They have designed and carried out the synthesis of new, target flame-resistant additives that passed strict safety burn tests.
They have also changed the formulation recipes for major chemical products to keep them in line with changing trade laws and customer needs. They are quick to pick up new testing tools, and they know how to step away from the bench to review data, write technical sheets, and talk directly with clients.
