Matthew Rollinson

Founder of LiCa Scientific and hands-on Recruiter working with the team.

I'm responsible for LiCa Scientific overall and spend a lot of my working week working on the projects in the business, interviewing candidates and discussing recruitment needs with clients.

My additional areas are in academic engagement, I work on helping people to access the scientific jobs market especially if seeking a first role in industry. I also work on helping with career advice, and general educational engagement.

I am open to discussions both short and long term about working with LiCa Scientific. Some of the clients we work with we spend many months briefing and discussing with before taking on their opportunities.

Finally, I am continuously working on improvement projects at LiCa Scientific. Recently this has been the roll-out of Sage across our temporary business, renewal of marketing, this shiny-new website you are reading, and other activities to support the scaling-up that LiCa Scientific has achieved in the last year especially as we recover from COVID (and await the next challenge!).

However I'm always at my happiest working with candidates and clients on their recruitment questions.
