This candidate is an experienced analytical chemist, they started their career with a first-class Master of Chemistry degree, and since this point have applied advanced analytical skills across multiple roles in quality control and manufacturing environments. They have used a range of analytical techniques throughout their 5 year laboratory career including HPLC, HPLC-MS, GC-FID, GC-MS, ICP-OES, NMR, UPLC, and wider wet chemistry tests.
They have been responsible for the preparation and processing of analysis to support chemical manufacturing, this has involved all associated QC documentation and working under GMP standards. This has also involved troubleshooting of data and was a role held for 3 years encompassing regular work with all aspects of chemical manufacturing, liaising closely with the plant, researchers, documentation/regulatory and operational colleagues ensuring timely QC activities in the manufacture and delivery of fine chemicals.
This candidate is seeking their next role in industry and available on a contract or permanent basis. They can start immediately and are available within commute of south Manchester. They will bring a high level of experience in working with all aspects of chemical manufacturing and a literacy of chemical manufacturing operation which we imagine will allow them to start and contribute to their next role expeditiously.
