Criminal Records Data – mean information about an individuals criminal convictions and offences, and information relating to criminal allegations and proceedings.

LiCa Scientific will only ever ask for personal data which is required in order to complete the recruitment process.

You also have to option to submit a CV through our website, this obviously contains personal which you have voluntarily submitted to LiCa Scientific.

Your data may be shared internally within LiCa Scientific. We will only ever share your data with a third party when necessary and LiCa Scientific will always notify you with who we are sharing your data with.

Data Security

  • Data held on computers are stored confidentially by means of password protection.
  • Data stored on external hard drives or other removable storage media is kept in locked cupboard and is password protected.
  • Data stored on our online data base is secured by password protection and encryption.

Data Retention

The amount of time LiCa Scientific stores your personal data may vary on a case by case basis but generally we will only store your data for 12 months. If we require your data for longer you will be notified.
