We are hiring for a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in the say to day requirements to support customers projects. Our client is a pharmaceutical development company, who are growing and working with clients throughout the world on new pharmaceuticals and biotechnology products.
They are an entrepreneurial company and they have excellent progression and training on offer.
What this role will do:
This Project Coordinator role will work closely with and support Project Managers by assisting in internal and external project meetings, taking minutes and understanding key customer requirements. Liaise with departments to track project progression, record and monitor progress of project and keep the project manager apprised of developments.
Further you will followup uncompleted tasks and understand when they will be completed. Maintain and assist in building client relationships and deputise when the project manager is unavailable. You will assist in client complaints and track all-important customer satisfaction.
The Project Coordinator will liaise with internal experts to complete customer project documents (specification files, minutes of meetings, quality risk assessments) and also liaise with subcontractors to deliver on the needs of ongoing projects.
Your background:
You will be educated in the sciences with a good understanding of pharmaceutical development.
A degree or equivalent in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical science or formulation development, and a knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) will be beneficial.
You will have good organisational skills, and we’d expect fluent with MS Word and Excel.
Finally, a good attitude and enthusiasm will be key to your success in the role.
