Commercial Account Manager
We are working with a global pharmaceutical company in south Wales, UK, who are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to proactively manage their existing client relationships and new customers transitioned from Project Management.
What you’ll do:
This role will satisfy customer needs through the delivery of excellent, friendly support and advice leading to customer satisfaction and retention. The Commercial Account Manager will use negotiation skills, tact and assertiveness to actively manage customers and ensure on time invoicing takes place to meet financial targets.
You will manage commercial accounts via regular tele conferences and face to face business reviews, reacting to product queries, processing order receipts and complaints in an ethical and timely manner. The role will work in the best interest of the customer and the company and according to internal service levels agreements and key performance indicators.
You will be offering advice, status updates and support relevant to the client needs in a timely and professional manner, responsible also for liaising with relevant internal colleagues to gain details and help manage solutions to customer requirements.
Preferably degree level (or equivalent) with experience of GMP, and the Pharmaceutical market. You will need commercial experience and have a background working in a busy and proactive environment satisfying customer needs.
