Having progressed from Lead Chemist to Team Leader, they have a deep technical experience of synthetic route design, scale-up (mg to kg), and complex problem-solving.
While their foundation is in synthetic organic chemistry, they could readily pivot to apply this skillset to New Product Development (NPD) and formulation led roles. They bring a scientific methodology such as extensive experience in designing protocols, optimising parameters, and managing the delicate balance between long-term research innovation and reactive technical service requests. Both fields of synthesis and formulation can readily utilise this skillset.
They have worked in a range of cross functional environments, frequently serving as the primary technical contact point for global clients, internal laboratory teams, and senior management.
