They have expertise in international business development, strategic growth planning, and delivering multimillion-pound revenue across diverse and challenging territories including EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

They have the skills to navigate complex sales cycles, cultivate deep, multi-level commercial relationships, and successfully scale businesses in both mature and emerging markets.

  • Key Account Management: Developing and leading global strategies for industry giants, and successfully closing a high-margin account by securing a full product line transfer from a competitor 

  • Technical Sales Expertise:  Supplemented by early career roles providing technical sales support for surface science clients, ensures technical credibility. This candidate is equipped to deliver technical seminars and engage in complex discussions with technical and commercial stakeholders.

  • Multilingual Capability: Fluent in French, German, and Chinese, providing a significant advantage in global business development and relationship management.

  • Global Sales Strategy: Designing and executing international sales strategies to open new markets and channels, and drive exponential growth.

  • Key Account Strategy & Negotiation: Managing relationships with major multinational clients, negotiating high-value contracts, and successfully replacing competitor products.

  • Channel Management: Building, managing, and motivating a network of international agents and distributors (managed 26 agents/distributors worldwide)
