Has a PhD followed by many years in synthesis chemistry, and working on process chemistry over the years he has covered a huge number of areas mainly in pharmaceutical and fine chemicals.
He has worked in process research, medicinal chemistry and small molecule research work.
He is comfortable working on large scale chemistry, having worked up to 20 litre vessel scales. He has been working on process development, this has mainly been pharmaceutical synthesis and there is also oil additives and flavours and fragrances in the mix. Naturally with 20 years background there is a huge amount of experience that he will bring to his next role and he's also avaialble to relocate so can consider a range of opportunities.
