Our candidate is qualified to PhD level in Asymmetric Synthesis and has since worked as a post-doc in the same field. He has experience using reaxys to research into molecules to be produced, read into commercially available starting materials, discussed and planned reaction steps and set up multi-step reactions. He also has experience of characterising the molecules by NMR and HPLC and using a polarimeter, microwave synthesiser and flash chromatograph.
He is looking for a role within about an hour of Burnley - Greater Manchester, Lancashire etc.
