Our candidate is currently a Senior Medicinal Chemist who is looking for a change to a non-bench role where she can use her skills and knowledge from academia and industry to excel within a different environment. Suiting her best would be roles in the Pharmaceutical or Medicinal sector and she has recently completed a course in Clinical trials. Some of her core strengths in a workplace are working with people and within teams, creating and performing oral presentations and she especially enjoys the knowledge and network gained from attending conferences.
She mentioned that consulting roles may be of interest to her and we have discussed technical sales and QA, where she would be interested in gaining knowledge and experience.
Her partner is based in Newcastle so this area is of most interest to her, although she is willing to consider other areas of the country.
