Having almost 5 years of pharmaceutical QC experience I feel as though I have proven to be a natural communicator with intelligence and determination. I can bring a scrupulous and highly methodical approach, an infectious enthusiasm and high degree of self-motivation to any tasks that I am given to perform.
In my current role I am already overseeing and helping staff in junior roles to her. I have the leadership qualities which we think would be very applicable in a role of Team Leader. I 1possess a good knowledge of technical skills and abilities which I would bring with her such as HPLC and GC expertise.
