Internal Account Co-Ordinator

Based in Irlam, Manchester

We are currently working with a world class manufacturer of surfactants and associated chemicals for the personal care, cosmetics and HI&I industries. They are also leaders in toll manufacturing, they offer a wide range of chemical manufacturing capabilities for their global customer base. 
They are currently looking for an Internal Account Co-Ordinator to join their team

What You’ll Do:

• Actively promote the company brand, products and services across the global market
• Carry out multiple duties such as order processing, production oversight, Transport and Logistics and invoicing.
• Provide all the relevant copies of CoAs, PoD and raw material collection
• Deal with any customer complaints
• Maintain regular dialogue with customers by phone, email and face to face meetings to develop strong relationships
• Quarterly customer forecasts
• Generate monthly stock report which can then be sent onto customers
• Gain an understanding of the customers market an align the business to deliver their expectations
• Proactively ring customers to encourage placement of new sales orders
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, attending as required

Who You’ll Be:

• Have a strong customer service background
• Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, with the ability to prioritize your own workload
• Be able to work on your own initiative but also recognize the need for the whole team in order to get the business done
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Have excellent administration, planning, organizational and time-keeping skills
• Have a positive attitude to challenge and deliver customer expectations
• Have the ability to remain flexible and deliver any ad-hoc duties/specific projects as assigned
• Have chemical knowledge is desirable but not essential
