Technical Project Manager – Analytical

We are hiring for an individual to take the lead on analytical development programmes for projects and support a high quality on-time delivery to clients.
What you’ll do
You will work closely with project managers and team leaders to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard. You will be delivering scientifically sound substance charactarisation and analytical development protocols. This role will act as technical support for the analytical team, writing analytical development reports and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This position will participate in client facing meetings and developing scientific knowledge further. This role will attend relevant symposia/conference meetings and disseminate this knowledge to other members of the technical team. This role will attend technical meetings on a regular basis and perform analytical investigations and analytical problem solving including completion of CAPA reports.
Your background
You will be educated to degree level in BSc / MSc in analytical chemistry or pharmaceutical science with a chemistry discipline. Further postgraduate qualifications are advantageous. We are seeking an experienced candidate with many years experience of analytical method development as a guide 5+ years though a combination of qualifications and experience will be considered. You will have a proven track record in analytical development in support of non sterile dosage forms development. You will have expertise in stability-indicating method development techniques using reverse phase chromatographic techniques, and experience of in vitro release methodology for modified release dosage forms. Rheological characterisation experience would be advantageous.
